While I was lamenting on the death of the Allies/Duhamel blog on Le Monde, I stumbled on a comment inserted on the very same blog that invited French speakers to go on debating on another website: Publius. This blog has been crafted by several authors who do not all agree on the virtues of the Constitution. They expose their opinions and welcome comments from readers. It's a great read, with a nice design by the way. Yet, I wonder whether the whole thing is not leaning a bit too much towards the Left to be totally balanced. That's just an observation, I may be wrong: for instance, the site does link to the UMP website (the UMP is Chirac's party).
Funny enough, I have commented earlier that one could draw parallels between the 1787 US Constitutional Convention and the current debate in Europe. Well, the authors of the Publius blog chose their name after the collective nom de plume that Alexander Hamilton, James Madison and John Jay took to write the Federalist Papers. So, I'm not the only one to make that comparison ;-).
There is a link for the UMP website on your right under the rubric title "OUI" ;-)

You can also see a link to the Dominique Strauss-Kahn blog (one of the leaders of the pati socialiste ) and another link to "oui socialiste" the coalition who call for a yes to the constitution inside of the party
